Game Animation

My collaboration with the brilliant team at Gazehound Games was a pivotal moment in my career. It not only opened doors to the world of game development but also significantly shaped my professional trajectory.

As the Animator in the team I got a lot of artistic freedom to bring those funny Characters to life. The project teaches me a lot about stylized movement, fun and impact in animations but also about technical workflows in Blender and Unity.

This ongoing project also allows me to practice my animation skills on a daily basis.

Rigging & Engine Implementation

Since the characters and the world of humbug tales are very unique, the team gave me the opportunity to build my own custom riggs. As an animator I appreciate the control I have on every aspect of the deformation. So I often optimize things along the way.

Inside Unity we are using animation rigging. This allows us to have the characters react to real-time events. This brought me to a deeper understanding of Game-Engine Mechanics and even some C# scripting knowledge.
