being a Generalist
Every project needs a different approach, and every idea has its own workflow. I very often develop these workflows with others on specific projects. In that case, being a Generalist is a benefit. Even if you're not an expert in some fields, you know the story.
So I think generalism and my openness to collaborate are key features I can offer in professional relationships. I am used to leading projects, but also very much enjoy working in teams.
